A lot of our readers will be familiar with the Horizon Zero Dawn controller.
It features a directional pad that’s very similar to the DualShock 4, and its main purpose is to let you move the camera while in third-person mode.
However, if you’re new to the concept, the Dual Shock 4’s motion sensors can be used to do a lot of things besides track the game’s movement.
So when you’re in first-person view, you can use the Dualshock 4 to snap a photo or use the Horizon camera to view the landscape from above.
When you switch to third-perspective mode, you have to use your phone to zoom in.
However you can also use the camera to snap in 360-degree shots.
And if you switch back to first-persp, you get to use the two sensors to control your camera and camera controls in third person.
If you’re not quite as familiar with these motion controls, we’ve put together a quick guide for those of you who want to get to grips with them.
It’s all based on what you need to know about the game.
