Posted September 23, 2019 06:30:00The night sky is set to become a lot brighter over Perth after a bright new dawn of the horizon.
The sun has been shining for almost seven hours, and is set for a total of nine hours, as it sets in Perth.
The new dawn is due to be visible for about an hour, and the first rays of the sun will be visible in the sky in the morning.
Perth’s new horizon will be the brightest it’s been in nearly a century, but it’s not just the sun that will be out of reach of Perthians.
The sun will also be out in the open, as the northern lights are expected to rise from northern Queensland and the Gold Coast.
The northern lights have been visible for more than three months, and will return in the coming weeks.
